• High-Strength Wear Liner Fixing: Main and side wear liners are secured with high-tensile hex-head bolts. Deep, counter-bored bolt holes protect bolt heads from abrasive materials, preventing premature failure.

• Hydraulic Adjustment System: Hydraulically adjustable grate carrier and hydraulic hood enable precise grate-gap setting and full chamber access for maintenance, eliminating the need for manual lifting and reducing downtime.

• Oversized Hammer-Disc Rims: Sacrificial wear edges on hammer-disc rims extend disc lifespan. The lower shaft-guard plate (secured by two bolts) can be removed to expose the full hammer shaft, allowing tool-free, rapid hammer/rod replacement in minutes.
