Working Principle of Wheel Bucket Sand Washer

The wheel bucket sand washer is composed of a transmission system, wheel bucket, water tank, etc. The motor is connected to the reducer via a pulley; the pinion on the low-speed shaft of the reducer meshes with the large gear assembled on the wheel bucket to transmit power, thus rotating the wheel bucket. The wheel bucket lifts the cleaned sand from the washing tank and feeds it into the next process.
