Raw materials enter the V700 (V900) static separator from the buffer bin to break upmanufactured sand. The fan' s air outlet connects to the static separator, carrying finepowder into the SF1500 (SF2000) sand-stone separator. Finished sand goes to theproduct belt via the static separator' s discharge port.Fine powder in the sand-stoneseparator then passes through the dynamic separator, where impeller speed adjustsfine powder fineness. Separated large particles are conveyed to the product belt via ascrew conveyor.Powder in the sand enters the closed-circuit air separation chamber forsecondary separation; the fine sand three-way regulator adjusts sand finenessmodulus. The chamber' s air outlet connects to the fan inlet to complete closed-circuit circulation.
