All-in-one Automatic screen printing machine

     This is a fully automatic CCD-positioned contour screen printing machine, suitable for high-precision single-color or multi-color printing on bottles of various shapes. It uses a traditional swing-arm conveyor to transport the bottles to the screen printing station. The machine employs upper and lower conveyor belts to transport the products, while a robotic arm automatically grips the products and performs CCD imaging for shape positioning. All actions, including fixture rotation, screen lifting, squeegee lifting, and squeegee ink application, are controlled by servo motors, maximizing the satisfaction of customers' needs for screen printing on various bottle shapes, including contoured, flat, and oval ones. UV LED curing is performed after screen printing. The entire process requires no manual intervention; the built-in program allows for simple settings for high-speed, high-precision screen printing. Designed for bottles with diverse shapes and small order volumes, this fully automatic screen printing machine truly achieves multi-purpose functionality, convenient plate changing, and maximum cost-effectiveness.
