Working Principle of the Toothed Roll Crusher
The mining double-toothed roll crusher developed and produced by Zhongyu Dingli consists of a rack, base, toothed rolls, elastic pin coupling, reducer, motor, fluid coupling, automatic lubrication system and other components. The two toothed rolls rotate at a high speed in opposite directions, exerting splitting and extrusion crushing on the materials falling into the gap between them. Under the combined action of multiple crushing forces, the ores are crushed to the required particle size. An adjusting device is installed between the two toothed rolls; the size of the gap between the rolls can be changed by adjusting the tightness of the bolts, thereby achieving the purpose of particle size control.

The rack adopts an assembled structure and the toothed discs use a spliced structure, facilitating installation and subsequent replacement of parts.
2.Adjustable Discharge
The gap between the two toothed rolls is designed with three adjustable gears and an eccentric rigid adjustment method is adopted to maintain a stable discharge particle size.
3.Overload Protection
The motor is equipped with a fluid coupling, which enables smooth startup of the motor, prevents the motor from burning out due to excessive current, and serves as an overload protection.
4.Automatic Lubrication
The equipment is configured with an automatic lubrication system that can automatically judge the time and frequency of lubricating oil injection, perform automatic refueling, and replace manual oil injection.
High Lumping Rate
The double-toothed roll crusher adopts comprehensive crushing principles including shearing, splitting and extrusion. Compared with secondary crushing equipment such as impact crushers and cone crushers, it achieves a higher lumping rate of 65%-80%, with uniform particle size of finished materials and more reliable and convenient particle size adjustment. It also has an advantage in maintenance costs with low inspection and repair workload, and the material passing capacity of the crushing teeth can reach 3 million tons.

The tooth roll profile is optimally designed, facilitating selective crushing of materials and contributing to low equipment energy consumption.

The bearing housing adopts a three-section sealing structure, which maintains internal cleanliness of the housing and extends the service life of the bearings.
Long Service Life of Toothed Discs
The toothed discs are treated with low-carbon quenching and tempering. In case of severe local wear, single tooth roll welding repair is feasible, ensuring an extended overall service life of the discs.
High Resource Utilization Rate
There is minimal over-crushing of finished materials, and the resource utilization rate is approximately 15%-30% higher than that of other secondary crushing equipment.
