Roller Screen Working Principle
The screen surface of the roller screen is formed by many transverse and parallel rollers withroller discs. The gaps between adjacent rollers and discs form the screen holes. The motordrives the sprocket via the reducer and coupling; the sprocket drives adjacent sprockets androllers via the chain. The rotation direction of the rollers is the same as the material feedingdirection. Materials on the screen surface are driven by the rotating rollers, moving graduallytoward the discharge end while being screened; fine materials pass through the screen holes,and coarse materials move to the discharge end for discharge.In addition to screening, this equipment also functions as a feeder.
