This product is suitable for simultaneously forming frozen rib cuts, frozen pork belly, and frozen half Duck/halfchicken pieces at temperatures ranging from-5°C to 0°C.

[Advantages and Features]

1. Broad applicability. The ultra-wide blade and high stroke enable efficient cutting of large pieces of bone-in meat, including pork chops, lamb chops, chicken, duck, goose, fish, as well as bone-in or boneless frozen (-5°C) meat and bone products.

2. Adjustable cutting thickness. This machine employs an integrated multi-blade system capable of cutting squares with a width of 25 mm and lengths ranging from 15 mm to 30 mm.

3. Easy to clean. The feeding mechanism of this machine can be quickly disassembled for cleaning. The upper clamping device and gantry cutter are cleaned, while meat and bone fragments along with wastewater are discharged externally through the internal drainage pipe and discharge port. The frame is constructed from thickened stainless steel square tubes, with high-quality 304# stainless steel meeting food-grade standards. The independent feeding mechanism module allows rapid disassembly and cleaning, and an electric control box is installed at the bottom.

4. Safety and Environmental Protection: The machine is equipped with stainless steel protective covers for all moving parts, ensuring operator safety during normal operation. It features independent safety protective covers and safety protection switches, an automatic lubrication system, an automatic alarm shutdown upon oil depletion, a self-circulating cooling system for the motor air intake duct, a rapid side-opening door, and a rodent-proof mesh at the bottom.

5. Upgraded to the fourth-generation model, featuring a nail-pressed conveyor belt to prevent material slippage, with an additional discharge device installed on the cutting section.

6. Additional front and rear conveyor belts can be installed, allowing two machines to form an L-shaped compact continuous cutting line.
