Installation Instructions
Place the equipment on a flat and solid ground in the back kitchen, reserve ventilation and heat dissipation space around it, and avoid closed installation. Connect the gas pipeline firmly and check the air tightness of the pipeline interface to ensure no air leakage. Install the smoke exhaust pipe according to the on-site pipeline direction with the reserved double-side exhaust interface. Usage Instructions
Check the gas pipeline and safety device before use to ensure no abnormality. Adjust the firepower gear reasonably according to different cooking techniques such as stir-frying, stewing and boiling. The double burners can be operated independently or simultaneously. Do not leave the equipment unattended during high-power operation. Avoid water washing the internal gas circuit and electrical components during use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Turn off the gas source and power supply, and wait for the furnace body to cool down completely before cleaning. Wipe the stainless steel surface with a soft cloth and neutral detergent to remove oil stains and food residues. Regularly clean the burner pores and smoke exhaust channels to avoid blockage affecting combustion efficiency. Regularly check the aging and looseness of gas pipelines and safety protection devices to ensure stable equipment performance.
Safety Precautions
It is forbidden to use open fire to check gas leakage. Do not place flammable and explosive items around the equipment. In case of accidental flameout, immediately close the gas valve and ventilate the site, and restart after troubleshooting. It is forbidden to disassemble the gas circuit and safety protection device without permission. Stop using the equipment immediately in case of pipeline leakage, abnormal combustion or equipment failure, and carry out maintenance by professional personnel.
