Core Product Features
Material and Basic Structure
The hood body is made of stainless steel. 0.8-1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel is standard for commercial use, featuring fume corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, no rust or discoloration for long-term use. 201 stainless steel cost-effective version is available for ordinary catering scenarios.
Comes with an integrated sealed stainless steel air supply duct with customized diameter, no extra splicing required for stable air supply and exhaust.
Built-in high-intensity UV tubes decompose oil fume molecules and remove odors. Matched with an oil collecting tank to filter large-particle oil stains, it reduces duct oil accumulation, lowers fire hazards and ensures eco-friendly fume discharge.
Functional Design
Integrated Fume Collection & Purification: Fully covers the stove to collect cooking fume. UV lamps purify fumes on-site, while large oil particles flow into the bottom oil box for regular cleaning, reducing kitchen PM2.5 for better environmental performance.
Linked Air Supply & Exhaust: Built-in fresh air supply solves kitchen negative pressure and fume backflow caused by single exhaust, greatly improving overall ventilation efficiency.
Modular Detachable Design: UV tubes and oil collecting box are detachable, simplifying replacement and oil cleaning to reduce daily maintenance difficulty.

Customizable Specifications
Customized according to stove size. Conventional size: depth 1000-1450mm, height 500-600mm, duct diameter 250-400mm. Air volume and overall dimensions can be adjusted to fit different kitchen layouts and stove quantities.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for high-power cooking areas in Chinese restaurants, hot pot restaurants, barbecue shops, hotel kitchens, school and enterprise canteens, meeting standard catering oil fume emission requirements.
Installation Instructions
Install stably above the stove, connect and seal air ducts, install UV tubes correctly, and test the system for normal operation before use.
Usage Instructions
Turn on the device in advance before cooking and keep it running during operation. Clean the oil box regularly to avoid oil accumulation affecting purification and exhaust effects.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Cut off power before maintenance. Clean the hood surface, oil tank and ducts regularly with neutral detergent. Replace aging UV tubes timely to maintain stable purification performance.
Safety Precautions
Do not disassemble UV modules and ducts arbitrarily. Keep away from open fire to prevent oil-fired fire risks. Stop use and troubleshoot immediately in case of abnormal operation.
