Core Product Features
1. Material and Craftsmanship
Most mainstream commercial models are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, while cost-effective models adopt 201 stainless steel. The plate thickness generally ranges from 0.8mm to 1.5mm. The overall frame is reinforced with thickened stainless steel square tubes, and the countertop is processed with seamless welding and reinforcement treatment, bringing strong overall load-bearing capacity. The entire unit can withstand a uniform load of 300-500kg, and will not deform even after long-term placement of heavy kitchen utensils.
All welding spots are treated with passivation and polishing, leaving no burrs or hygienic dead corners. The surface is oil-resistant, moisture-resistant and not easy to rust, which meets the hygienic standards of the catering and food processing industries. For daily cleaning, it only needs a wipe with a wet cloth, and is very convenient to disinfect.
2. Structural Design
Standard double-layer functional structure (three-layer overall structure): The upper layer is the operation countertop, and the middle and bottom layers are storage layers, which can store seasonings, kitchen utensils, ingredients and other items. It makes full use of vertical space, not only meets operation needs, but also stores commonly used items for easy access, thus improving the working efficiency of the kitchen.
The height of the middle and bottom storage layers can be adjusted as required to accommodate items of different heights. The bottom is equipped with adjustable stainless steel feet, the height of which can be adjusted according to the ground flatness to ensure the countertop is level, stable and shake-free.
Some commercial models reserve functional expansion designs such as drain holes, knife holders and hooks. Knives and cutting boards can be customized for hanging according to use requirements, adapting to different commercial scenarios.
3. Specification Customization
Conventional finished product size range: 1800/1500/1200*800/700*850/850+100mm. Customization according to the size of the kitchen site is also available to adapt to different space layouts, supporting non-standard size customization.
Application Scenarios
Commercial kitchens / Restaurant back kitchens: Used as cutting and preparation operation counters to meet the operation requirements of cutting vegetables, kneading dough, preparing ingredients and other work.
Food processing plants: Used as an operation platform for food sorting and packaging. It is easy to clean and disinfect, and meets the hygienic requirements of food production.
Bakeries / Dessert shops: Used as an operation counter for baking processing and finished product arrangement. It is clean and tidy, which is suitable for baking operation needs.
Hotel and canteen back kitchens: Suitable for large-volume food preparation. It features strong load-bearing capacity and good durability, and can meet the needs of high-frequency use.

Installation Instructions
Select a flat, dry and solid ground with stable bearing capacity for installation. Check supporting columns, countertop, storage plates, reinforcing frames and adjustable feet to ensure complete accessories and no deformation. Assemble the vertical frame first and level the bottom adjustable feet to keep the overall frame vertical. Install the adjustable middle and bottom storage layers according to actual use needs, and finally fix the top operation countertop. Adjust the layer spacing and bottom feet level to ensure the workbench is stable and shake-free. Check all connecting parts firmly before putting into use.
Usage Instructions
Follow the principle of "heavy items at the bottom, light items on the top and uniform placement". The top countertop is for food processing and operation, while the lower layers are for classified storage of kitchen utensils and ingredients. Avoid concentrated overload placement to prevent table body deformation. Do not exceed the rated uniform load capacity. Adjust the storage layer height reasonably according to the height of stored items. Regularly check the firmness of the frame and connecting parts during daily use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Wipe the stainless steel surface regularly with a soft cloth and neutral detergent to remove oil stains and residues. Do not use strong acid and alkali cleaners to avoid damaging the surface polishing layer. The seamless welding and no-dead-angle design facilitates daily cleaning and disinfection. Regularly check the tightness of the frame and adjustable feet, and adjust the level in time if deviation occurs. Keep the working environment dry and ventilated to avoid long-term damp corrosion.
Safety Precautions
It is strictly prohibited to overload or place heavy objects centrally to avoid structural deformation. Do not climb, trample or stand on the workbench to prevent personal injury. Avoid violent collision and extrusion during use and handling. Do not disassemble or modify the structure arbitrarily. Stop using immediately if deformation, looseness or rust is found, and reuse after professional maintenance.
