1. Material and Manufacturing Process

Most mainstream commercial products are made of 201 stainless steel. Food-grade 304 stainless steel is widely used for food and medical scenarios with high hygiene requirements, and 316 stainless steel can be customized for scenarios with high anti-corrosion demands. The thickness of conventional plates ranges from 0.6mm to 1.0mm, and the frame is reinforced with thickened stainless steel square tubes, which brings a stable overall structure and strong load-bearing capacity. A single-layer partition can bear 30-50kg of weight.

All welding joints are treated with passivation and polishing, free of burrs and hygiene dead corners. The smooth surface is not easy to accumulate dirt, and the product is moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, convenient for daily cleaning and disinfection, which meets the hygiene regulatory requirements of the food and medical industries.

2. Structural Design

It adopts a standard four-door zone design, four independent doors correspond to four independent storage spaces, allowing classified storage of different items and delivering better privacy and dust-proof effect. Most products support adjustable height of internal partitions, the layer height can be adjusted flexibly according to the size of stored items to meet the storage requirements of clothes, tools and materials of different volumes.

The door is equipped with high-quality stainless steel hinges, enabling smooth and silent opening and closing with long service life. The bottom is equipped with adjustable stainless steel support feet, which can adapt to uneven ground and ensure the cabinet is placed stably without shaking.

3. Specification and Customization

The standard size of finished products is ‌1800mm (H) × 1200mm (W) × 500mm (D)‌. We also accept size customization according to site requirements to adapt to the layout of different spaces.
