1. Material and Manufacturing Process
Most mainstream commercial products are made of 201 stainless steel. Food-grade 304 stainless steel is widely used for food and medical scenarios with high hygiene requirements, and 316 stainless steel can be customized for scenarios with high anti-corrosion demands. The cabinet body plate thickness is 0.8mm–1.2mm, and the frame is reinforced with thickened stainless steel round tubes, which brings a stable overall structure and strong load-bearing capacity. All welding joints are treated with passivation and polishing, free of burrs and hygiene dead corners. This cabinet adopts a wall-mounted sliding door design, which does not occupy floor space and greatly improves space utilization. Installation Instructions
Fix the cabinet firmly on solid load-bearing walls with expansion bolts, adjust the level to keep the cabinet stable. Install internal partitions as required and debug the sliding door system to ensure smooth sliding without jamming before formal use.
Usage Instructions
Adjust the internal shelf height reasonably according to the size of stored items. The maximum load capacity of each layer is 30–50kg; overloading is forbidden to prevent structural deformation or wall falling risk. Slide the doors gently to avoid rail damage. Store items in categories to keep the cabinet tidy and ensure convenient access.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the cabinet surface, internal partitions and sliding rail gaps regularly to remove dust and dirt. Wipe with a soft cloth and neutral detergent. Regularly check the tightness of sliding rail accessories and wall fixing parts. Keep the cabinet dry and ventilated to avoid moisture and rust.
