1. Material and Craftsmanship

It is entirely made of high-quality stainless steel. Most mainstream commercial products use 1.5mm thick stainless steel plates, and the frame is supported by Φ38×1.5mm stainless steel pipes. Some high-end models use food-grade 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the hygiene and safety requirements of the catering industry.

All welding joints of the whole rack are smoothed, no burrs and no dead corners. The surface is flat and smooth, which is not only rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, but also convenient for daily wiping and cleaning. It can withstand the humid and dusty environment of the kitchen for a long time without deformation or mildew.

2. Structural Design

It is a floor-standing design raised from the ground, with a conventional height of about 300mm. Raising rice and flour can effectively isolate ground moisture and avoid rice and flour from getting damp, mildew and deteriorating. The overall structure is simple and stable, with strong load-bearing capacity, which can easily stack whole bags of rice and flour, meeting the demand for mass grain storage in commercial kitchens.

It supports customization according to the on-site size of the kitchen. The existing conventional finished sizes on the market are mainly two types: ‌1200×500×300mm‌ and ‌1500×500×300mm‌, and parameters can also be adjusted to adapt to the actual site conditions.

3. Usage Advantages

The off-ground design has good ventilation, which can keep rice and flour dry for a long time. Compared with stacking directly on the ground, classified storage is cleaner and more convenient to access.
