Core Product Features
1. Material and Craftsmanship
It is entirely made of high-quality stainless steel. Most mainstream commercial products use 1.5mm thick stainless steel plates, and the frame is supported by Φ38×1.5mm stainless steel pipes. Some high-end models use food-grade 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the hygiene and safety requirements of the catering industry.
All welding joints of the whole rack are smoothed, no burrs and no dead corners. The surface is flat and smooth, which is not only rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, but also convenient for daily wiping and cleaning. It can withstand the humid and dusty environment of the kitchen for a long time without deformation or mildew.
2. Structural Design
It is a floor-standing design raised from the ground, with a conventional height of about 150mm. Raising rice and flour can effectively isolate ground moisture and avoid rice and flour from getting damp, mildew and deteriorating. The overall structure is simple and stable, with strong load-bearing capacity, which can easily stack whole bags of rice and flour, meeting the demand for mass grain storage in commercial kitchens.
It supports customization according to the on-site size of the kitchen. The conventional size range is 1000~2000*600*150mm, and parameters can be adjusted freely to adapt to various actual site conditions.
3. Usage Advantages
The off-ground design has good ventilation, which can keep rice and flour dry for a long time. Compared with stacking directly on the ground, classified storage is cleaner and more convenient to access. At the same time, it is easier to clean the area under the rack, avoiding dirt accumulation and insect growth, which can effectively keep the kitchen storage area clean and hygienic, and meets the requirements of catering hygiene inspection.

Application Scenarios
It is widely suitable for various commercial catering scenarios, including large factories, school canteens, hotels, chain restaurants, hospital kitchens, etc. It is a standardized supporting equipment for grain storage in commercial kitchens.
Installation Instructions
This storage rack adopts an integrated assembled structure with a simple installation process. Place all accessories on a flat, solid ground. Assemble the main frame and support pipes in sequence, and fix the shelf plate firmly. Adjust the overall level of the rack to ensure stable placement without shaking. Check all welding and connecting parts to confirm firmness before putting grain materials into storage.
Usage Instructions
Place rice, flour and other grain materials evenly on the shelf to ensure balanced stress. Do not overload stacking to prevent structural deformation. Adopt standardized classified storage, avoid direct contact of grain with the ground. Keep the storage environment ventilated and dry to prevent moisture and mildew. Do not place corrosive, damp or sundry items that affect grain hygiene.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the rack regularly to keep the surface and the ground under the rack clean and tidy. Wipe stainless steel surface with a soft cloth and neutral detergent to remove dust and residual stains. Avoid using strong acid and alkali cleaners to prevent surface damage. Regularly check the firmness of the frame and support structure. Keep the surrounding environment dry and ventilated to avoid moisture accumulation and rust.
Safety Precautions
It is forbidden to overload stacking goods to prevent structural deformation and collapse. Do not stand, climb or trample on the rack to avoid personal injury. Avoid violent collision and extrusion during use and handling. Regularly inspect the overall structural stability. Stop using and maintain the rack in time if loose or damaged parts are found to ensure safe and hygienic use.
