1. Material and Craftsmanship
Most mainstream commercial products are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and cost-effective models are made of 201 stainless steel. The plate thickness is mostly between 0.8mm-1.2mm. All welding joints of the whole truck are passivated and polished, with no burrs or sanitary dead corners. 2. Structural Design
The standard structure consists of a three-layer bracket + four universal casters. You can place gastronorm pans of different specifications according to your needs to place different seasonings and ingredients in categories, which is easy to access.
The casters are silent universal wheels, two of which are equipped with brake devices. It is flexible to push and turn, and stepping on the brake can fix the position without sliding, so it is stable both when moving and stationary. The overall load-bearing capacity is strong, it can carry multiple gastronorm pans and ingredients at the same time, meeting the requirement of mass food preparation in commercial kitchens.
3. Specification Adaptation
Conventional models are mostly three-layer design, and the number of placeable gastronorm pans ranges from 5 to 16. It supports customization of single-layer, double-layer and three-layer structures to adapt to different food preparation needs. The common size range is 600mm-1200mm in length, 400mm-500mm in width, and 800mm-1200mm in height. It can also be customized in size according to the kitchen layout.
