Advantages and Features
High-Quality Material & Hygienic Craftsmanship: Mainstream models adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, while cost-effective versions use 201 stainless steel. The plate thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 1.2mm. All welding joints are passivated and polished smoothly without burrs or sanitary dead corners. The trolley is moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, supporting daily cleaning and disinfection to fully meet catering industry hygiene standards.
Professional Structural Design: Standard three-layer bracket structure with reserved slots for industry-standard 1/1 and 1/2 gastronorm pans. Multiple specification pans can be placed freely for classified storage of seasonings and ingredients, enabling convenient access. Equipped with four silent universal casters, including two brake wheels. It supports flexible pushing and steering, and can be fixed stably by stepping on the brakes without sliding, adapting to frequent mobile operations in commercial kitchens.
Strong Bearing & Flexible Customization: The overall structure boasts strong load-bearing capacity, capable of holding multiple gastronorm pans and ingredients simultaneously to support mass food preparation. Conventional three-layer structure can hold 5–16 pans. Single-layer, double-layer and three-layer structures are customizable to match different preparation scenarios.
