Equipment Purpose
This stainless steel seafood slaughter table is professionally used for cleaning, killing and processing seafood and fresh ingredients. It integrates drainage, processing and storage functions, effectively keeping the processing area clean and tidy, and is specially designed for wet seafood operation scenarios.
Applicable Scenarios
Widely applied in seafood catering and fresh retail scenarios, including seafood restaurant back kitchens, seafood banquet halls, farmers’ market seafood stalls, fresh supermarket seafood processing areas, fishing vessel seafood processing zones and other professional seafood operation places.
Advantages and Features
Premium Material & Durable Craftsmanship: The whole table is integrally made of optional 201 stainless steel or food-grade 304 stainless steel, with a conventional plate thickness of 1.2mm–1.5mm. The frame adopts thickened stainless steel square tube reinforcement, ensuring sturdy structure and long-term deformation-free performance. The whole machine is rust-proof and water-resistant, fully complying with food processing hygiene standards for long-term wet environment use.
Seamless Integral Welding & Easy Cleaning: The overall countertop adopts seamless welding technology without sanitary dead corners. The smooth surface is not easy to accumulate dirt and keeps non-slip when wet. After slaughtering and processing, it can be directly rinsed with high-pressure water, effectively removing residual fishy odor and avoiding bacterial growth, meeting frequent and efficient cleaning demands of seafood processing.
Drainage & Water Collection Structure: Designed with dense countertop drainage holes and inclined side water collection troughs. Sewage, blood and wastewater generated during processing can be quickly collected and discharged through the drain outlet, effectively avoiding ponding on the tabletop, preventing seafood from soaking in sewage, and maintaining a dry, clean and hygienic processing environment.
Humanized Structural Design: Equipped with bottom stainless steel storage shelves or cabinets for classified storage of slaughter tools and packaging supplies, making operation more convenient. Matched with adjustable stainless steel feet, it adapts to uneven ground in markets and back kitchens, keeping the table stable without shaking during high-intensity operation.
Flexible Customization: Supports standard finished product delivery and personalized size customization according to site layout. Optional water baffle accessory can be added to prevent sewage splashing, adapting to different store and venue layout requirements.
