Core Product Features
1. Material and Craftsmanship
Mainstream commercial products are divided into two materials: 201 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel, which can be selected according to the scenario: 201 stainless steel has higher cost performance and is suitable for conventional dry storage environments; 304 stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance, which is suitable for high-humidity scenarios such as humid commercial kitchens, food processing workshops and cold storage.
The columns are mostly made of stainless steel square tubes/round pipes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm-2.0mm, and the thickness of the shelf is in the range of 0.8mm-1.5mm. Grooved reinforcing supports or beam supports are installed under the shelf, combined with triangular reinforcement technology, the overall load-bearing capacity is excellent: light-duty models can hold 300-600kg per layer, and heavy-duty models can break through 800kg per layer, fully meeting the requirements of mass storage of commercial goods. The welding joint is passivated and polished, no burrs, not easy to accumulate dirt, very convenient for cleaning and disinfection, which meets the hygiene standards of food and medical industries.
2. Adjustable Structural Design
It adopts modular assembly design, and the column is pre-set with evenly spaced adjustment holes. The conventional hole spacing is 25mm-50mm. You can manually adjust the height of the shelf without extra tools, and flexibly change the height of each layer according to the size of the stored goods. It can adapt to goods of different volumes from seasoning bottles, pots to large packaging boxes and equipment spare parts, with much higher flexibility than fixed-height shelves.
The bottom is equipped with adjustable stainless steel feet. Even if the ground is uneven, you can adjust the feet to ensure the overall stability of the shelf without shaking, adapting to the ground conditions of different venues.
3. Adaptability to Commercial Scenarios
It supports customization of various specifications and sizes. Optional conventional dimensions: 1200/1500/1800*500*1540/1800mm. Users can select the appropriate size flexibly according to commercial space conditions. The assembled structure facilitates transportation and on-site installation, and can be disassembled, reorganized and adjusted at any time to adapt to changing site layouts and storage demands.
Main Applicable Scenarios
Commercial kitchens / catering venues: Store kitchen utensils, ingredients and seasonings. The stainless steel material is oil-proof and easy to clean, meeting catering hygiene requirements.
Industrial / e-commerce warehouses: Store goods and parts by classification. High load-bearing capacity meets the storage of bulk goods and improves space utilization.
Food processing plants / cold storage: Resistant to low temperature and humidity, does not rust, adapts to the hygiene standards of food production and storage.
Biomedicine / laboratories: Corrosion-resistant and easy to disinfect, can store experimental equipment and reagents, meets the use requirements of clean workshops.
Supermarkets and retail: Display goods, the stainless steel appearance is simple and beautiful, which improves the display effect of goods.

Installation Instructions
Select a flat, dry and load-bearing solid ground for installation. Unpack and check all columns, layer plates, reinforcing beams, adjustable feet and fasteners to ensure complete accessories and no deformation. Assemble the vertical support columns first, fix the bottom adjustable stainless steel feet, and level the four corners to keep the vertical columns upright. Install the reinforcing cross beams and triangular supports in sequence, then buckle and fix the layer plates firmly. Adjust the layer height freely through the 25–50mm spacing reserved holes according to the height of stored goods. After overall assembly, repeatedly check all connecting parts to ensure no looseness, and confirm the whole shelf is stable and shake-free before putting into use.
Usage Instructions
Follow the standard storage principle of “heavy at the bottom, light at the top” during use. Place goods evenly and dispersedly to avoid local overload and unilateral stress concentration, preventing shelf tilting and structural deformation. Do not exceed the rated load capacity of each layer (300–600kg for light-duty, ≥800kg for heavy-duty). Classify and place goods reasonably, reserve proper gaps for ventilation and access, and do not stack goods beyond the shelf boundary. Regularly check the tightness of bolts and supports during daily use, and adjust the adjustable feet in time if the shelf is slightly shaky caused by ground changes.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep the shelf clean and tidy daily. Wipe the stainless steel surface with a soft cloth matched with neutral detergent to remove oil stains, dust and residual sundries; avoid strong acid and alkali cleaners to prevent surface oxidation and corrosion. The polished seamless welding structure has no dead corners and is easy to disinfect, meeting food and medical hygiene standards. Regularly check the firmness of columns, reinforcing beams and connecting bolts, and tighten loose parts in time. Keep the storage environment dry and ventilated. For long-term unused shelves, keep them dry and dust-proof, and check for rust or deformation regularly.
Safety Precautions
It is strictly prohibited to overload, stack unevenly or place overweight goods on a single layer to avoid structural deformation, tilt or collapse. Do not climb, trample, sit or stand on the shelf to prevent personal falls and equipment damage. Avoid violent collision, extrusion and heavy hammer knocking during placement, handling and use. It is forbidden to arbitrarily disassemble, modify the shelf structure or cut reinforcing parts, which will affect the load-bearing safety. Stop using the shelf immediately if obvious deformation, looseness or rust is found, and perform maintenance or replacement before reuse.
