Application

Slices fresh, chilled and semi-frozen beef and pork into even diagonal connected slices. Suitable for hot pot, barbecue and prefabricated meat production.

Use emergency stop for faults. Protect electric parts from water and oil. Cut off power before cleaning and disassembly.
