Core Structure and Features
Material and Load-bearing Capacity
This product has two mainstream commercial materials: spray-coated cold-rolled steel and stainless steel. Cold-rolled steel features high cost performance, electrostatic anti-rust and scratch-resistant coating for ordinary workshop use. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for humid kitchens and outdoor maintenance stations.
Made of 0.8mm-1.2mm thickened plates with integrated reinforced back hanging plate, fixed on walls by expansion bolts. Single-layer load capacity is 50-150kg, suitable for hanging hand tools, power tools and hardware accessories without deformation or sagging after long-term use.
Functional Design
Double-layer Classification Storage: Independent upper and lower layers classify tools by usage frequency for quick access, effectively improving work efficiency.
Flexible Hole & Hook Matching: Standard uniform-spacing square/louvered holes support flexible assembly and adjustment of various hooks, compatible with pliers, wrenches, electric drills, screwdrivers and other tools.
Space-saving Wall-mounted Design: Wall installation occupies no ground space, makes full use of idle wall areas, and realizes 5S standardized sorting for compact workshops and maintenance stations.

Specifications and Customization
Conventional size: 900-1200mm (Length), 300-400mm (Depth), 800-1000mm (Height). Custom sizes are available to fit different wall sizes and usage scenarios.
Main Applicable Scenarios
Auto & Machinery Repair Workshops: Stores maintenance and pneumatic tools to keep workstations tidy with accessible tools.
Production & Maintenance Stations: Classified storage of tools and spare parts, matching 5S workshop management to improve efficiency.
Commercial Kitchens: Stores kitchen utensils and cleaning tools; stainless steel version adapts to humid and oily kitchen environments for easy cleaning.
Hardware & Building Materials Stores: Centralized tool display and storage for convenient selection and access.
Installation Instructions
Install on solid and flat walls. Position, drill and fix the hanging plate with expansion bolts, then install layered accessories and hooks. Check overall firmness before use.
Usage Instructions
Classify and place tools within rated load. Avoid overload, concentrated pressure and violent impact. Match hooks reasonably according to tool specifications.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Wipe surface regularly with soft cloth and neutral detergent. Periodically check bolt firmness and structural stability, keep the rack dry and ventilated to extend service life.
Safety Precautions
Do not overload or disassemble the structure arbitrarily. Stop use immediately in case of looseness, deformation or damage, and reuse only after maintenance.
