The Pneumatic Diaphragm Single Seat Control Valve DN32 (1‑1/4 inch) bridges the gap between small pilot valves and large process valves, offering a Cv range of 10 to 25 for medium flow duties. It is extensively used in textile dyeing machines, where it controls the flow of hot dye liquor to achieve consistent color shades. The valve’s rugged cast stainless steel body withstands the corrosive effects of dyes and auxiliary chemicals, while its PTFE‑lined seat provides excellent resistance to chemical attack. The pneumatic actuator features a high‑gain positioner that ensures rapid response to set‑point changes, critical for maintaining dyebath temperature uniformity. In plastic extrusion, this valve regulates cooling water or oil flow to stabilize melt temperature, functioning as a Temperature Regulating Valve in a cascade loop with a thermocouple. It also serves as a Pressure Control Valve in hydraulic systems for injection molding machines. When integrated with a digital controller, it becomes an Intelligent Control Valve with auto‑tune capability, minimizing overshoot and settling time. For flow balancing, it can be configured as a Flow Control Valve with a built‑in orifice, ensuring even distribution among multiple zones. The valve’s balanced plug design reduces actuator thrust requirements, enabling the use of a smaller, more economical actuator. The bonnet includes a visual position indicator and a manual handwheel for emergency override. All metal parts are electroless nickel‑plated or passivated to resist oxidation. Maintenance is facilitated by a cage‑retained trim that can be extracted from the top after removing the bonnet. We offer optional extensions for high‑temperature services up to 425°C.
