Equipment Overview

ZYDL DL22 Series Mobile Screener For Mining is a crawler-mounted mobile crushing and screening solution built for mining, quarry, and construction waste recycling. The station integrates feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying into one movable unit — no civil foundation required, on-site setup under 30 minutes.

With diesel-electric dual power drive, the Screening Mobile Station Equipment runs reliably in off-grid remote areas while keeping fuel costs low. The Portable Screening Unit supports both crushing configuration (jaw or impact crusher) and standalone screening configuration, covering capacities from 50–350 t/h.

Best suited for: highway/railway ballast production, mineral ore processing, urban demolition waste recycling, and temporary aggregate supply for infrastructure projects across Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.

Process Flow

1. Raw material fed by vibrating feeder with pre-screening grizzly bars
2. Primary crushing (jaw crusher) or shaping crushing (impact crusher)
3. Circular vibration screen classifies material into multiple size fractions
4. Finished products conveyed to respective stockpiles via belt conveyors

Each unit operates independently or combines with other DL22 modules to form a complete mobile production line.
