The SRYLG-1650 Inline Roll to Roll Thermal Laminating Machine is capable of achieving inline connection film and accessing finished film, which significantly reduces the production process and saves labor, electricity, loss, logistics, and other costs. It can switch freely between film and no-film production, ensuring intelligent tracking synchronous production. The compact mechanism of the machine makes it space-efficient.

The roll to roll laminating machine can reach a high-speed film mulching rate of up to 150 meters per minute. It features a robust structure, convenient and simple operation, high reliability, and a high degree of automation. The main transmission part of the machine includes a Siemens servo motor and a dual gear reducer, ensuring smooth and noise-free operation. The hydraulic part is reinforced with a 30mm thick steel plate for added strength.

The electromagnetic induction heating system is a key feature of this machine. It directly heats the steel roll surface, using superconducting materials to ensure temperature and thermal energy compensation. This system is ideal for high-speed and durable continuous production. It also includes an intelligent temperature control system with a PLC and temperature module, as well as a non-contact inlet probe.

The OPP thin film release frame is controlled by a magnetic powder brake, ensuring uniform film release with a maximum film diameter of 600mm. The lamination host features a man-machine swing arm for easy operation and intelligent control. It also includes an external electromagnetic induction heating system with uniform temperature, a finely ground mirror Φ420 roller to ensure the brightness of the film mulching product, and a temperature setting range up to 120 degrees. The machine is designed to adapt to no adhesive film and thermal film.

The main drive gear box level is 7 grinding, and the CE standard independent electrical cabinet is equipped with all European German Siemens motors, electrical appliances, and imported electrical components. This ensures the stability of the machine, reduces maintenance, and simplifies operation with a humanized design.
