Crates Screen printer

If the surface of the plastic frame presents a flat feature or has a large flat area such as: 200*300mm, a screen printer can be used for printing, and the printing area can ensure that the smallest screen frame can be close to the printing surface.

Crates Pad printer

If the plastic frame presents a flat feature and the printing area is not large, or the area divided by the reinforcing rib structure is small, a pad printer can be used for printing.

Crates Hot stamping machine

In principle, plastic frames that can be printed by a pad printer can also be hot stamped by a hot stamping machine.

Crates Heat transfer machine

Only plastic frames with surface features or a transfer area width greater than the width of the silicone roller can be hot transferred

In order to improve production efficiency, the workbench of the pad printer, screen printer, hot stamping machine, and heat transfer machine can be equipped with a fixture of an automatic flipping device to achieve the printing of the same image and text on different sides on the same machine.

For polyolefin materials, flame treatment or plasma treatment can be performed before printing.
