- Product differences

Zipper roll-to-roll hot stamping machine: It needs to process zippers with chain teeth. The chain teeth are made of metal/resin/nylon and are long and convex.
- Functional differences
The ribbon hot stamping machine can be fed continuously by tension control. The pitch control is controlled by photoelectric switches and servo motors, and the axial control generally relies on metal rings. The pulling distance of the flat ribbon hot stamping machine can be set, while the ribbon hot stamping machine with silicone roller depends on the diameter of the roller. The zipper roll-to-roll hot stamping machine needs to make a card slot on the workbench or roller, with a chain tooth avoidance/positioning mechanism to avoid the chain tooth jam during feeding, and at the same time, through photoelectric or mechanical alignment, ensure that the hot stamping position avoids the chain tooth.
- Speed difference:
The ribbon roll-to-roll hot stamping machine can run continuously at high speed, and the speed is faster. The zipper roll-to-roll hot stamping machine is relatively slow due to the interference of the chain teeth, and intermittent fine-tuning is required to ensure smooth feeding.
