Usage and characters

     This is a small-sized swing-type fully automatic hot stamping machine for greeting cards. The hot stamping plate and the workbench are controlled by a cam mechanism, which opens and closes in one rotation cycle. Since there is no intermittent action, the hot stamping speed is fast.

      The hot foil stamping machine uses a paper stacking table to store paper, and then the paper is sucked and transferred to the workbench by the suction nozzle. The swing-type structure pushes the hot stamping plate and the workbench to press and complete the hot foil stamping.

The swing-type fully automatic  hot stamping machine is basically electric control, and has better stability than pneumatic hot stamping machine and hydraulic hot stamping machine. However, due to its complex structure and low pressure, it is more suitable for products with a small hot stamping area.
