Fully automatic ribbon screen printer composition:

1. Feeding device: Generally equipped with a photoelectric control system, which is convenient for color identification and accurate overprinting in multi-color screen printing.

2. Printing device: The printing device mainly includes a screen lifting system and a scraper system. When the synchronous belt workbench drives the ribbon into the screen printing system and stops, the screen is pressed down to start screen printing. After the screen printing is completed, the synchronous belt moves forward according to the set stroke to print the next section. In order to control the printing accuracy of the screen printer, the ribbon screen printer can use a servo printing system with precision guide rails to control the printing action.

3. Drying device: Common circulating hot air drying systems have adjustable temperature. The fuselage is often equipped with a heat insulation layer to achieve low-temperature drying, ensure that the printed material does not shrink and deform, and is conducive to multi-color printing. Some drying devices also have a hot air pipe swing function, which can increase the drying area and improve the drying efficiency.

Multi-color ribbon screen printers will be equipped with multiple sets of screen printing systems and drying devices.

4. Rewinding device: It can automatically rewind the printed ribbon. The rewinding speed matches the printing speed. The rewinding diameter has certain specifications to ensure that the ribbon is rewound neatly and orderly.

5. Control system: It mostly adopts PLC touch screen programmable numerical control system, which can realize the segmentation and data setting of printing, ink return speed and distance, and can also automatically calculate the number of prints, set the number of prints and automatically stop the machine. It also has the functions of automatic detection of color mark and electric eye alignment, which can ensure the accuracy and automation of printing.
