Embossing is a process that uses heat and pressure to create graphic marks on the surface of malleable materials such as paper, leather, fabric, plastic, and wood. Specialized embossing machines or hot stamping machines can perform this process. Embossing is suitable for two types of materials: sheet materials, which have certain dimensional limitations in length, width, and height; and roll materials, which have no dimensional limitations in length. Embossing and hot foil stamping of roll materials are mainly used for materials such as plastic, paper, leather, and fabric, with fabric being the most common.

Embossing machines or hot foil stamping machine for roll materials use a precise temperature control system to control the temperature of the hot stamping plate. They generally employ a flat-press structure, with a conveyor mechanism that equidistantly transports and positions the roll material. The hot stamping die presses down within a set time to transfer pressure, transferring the graphic from the hot stamping plate to the product.

This is a hot-pressing device specifically designed for hot stamping or embossing narrow strips of textiles such as webbing and fabric strips. When equipped with hot stamping foil, it functions as a hot foil stamping machine; when not using foil, it functions as an embossing machine, offering a dual-purpose function. It is widely used for decorative patterns on various synthetic fiber fabrics.

The heating plate can utilize traditional infrared heating or high-frequency heating, offering high heating efficiency and suitability for different fabric types. The hot stamping machine employs a roll-to-roll design, where the foil and webbing transport are both independent and mutually constrained, ensuring the foil is transferred to the webbing surface at the specified pitch.
