Targeted solutions are achieved by upgrading the workbench and the unloading method. This is a two-color ink cup pad printer with a tank belt conveyor workbench and a robot unloading. The tank belt conveyor pad printer adopts an up and down rotation method, which is more tolerant of the product appearance. No matter how complex the product is, it is easy to make a fixture for positioning, and it is not easy for products to interfere with each other. The use of unloading robots avoids manual intervention. After printing, the robot can automatically remove the product to achieve automation. The pad printer equipped with a robot is also easier to achieve online connection with the tunnel drying furnace to improve production efficiency.
