Femoral neck fracture fixation methods are as follows. 1. Conservative treatment is suitable for elderly patients or patients with contraindications to surgery. Plate fixation is suitable for young patients or patients with fractures located in the middle and lower femoral neck. The fracture site was rereduced and then fixed with plates and screws. 3. Intramedullary nail fixation is suitable for patients with femoral neck fractures located in the upper femoral neck. The fracture site is rereduced and then fixed with intramedullary nails. 4. Total hip replacement is suitable for elderly patients or complex fractures where the fracture is not easily fixed. The femoral head and neck were removed and an artificial hip joint was implanted to restore joint function.
