Structural composition

• Hot foil stamping device: core components, including heating plate, hot stamping mold, etc. The heating plate provides heat to make the hot stamping mold reach the required temperature, and the mold determines the hot stamping pattern and shape.
• Feeding device: Automatically transport the lipstick tube to the hot stamping position. For example, the vibration plate can arrange the lipstick tube in an orderly manner and enter the feeding track to realize continuous automatic feeding.
• Turntable device: A turntable with a placement rod is used to fix and transfer the lipstick tube. During the hot stamping process, the turntable drives the lipstick tube to pass through the hot stamping, drying and other stations in turn to improve processing efficiency.
• Control system: PLC and touch screen control are used to accurately control parameters such as hot stamping temperature, pressure, time, etc., and can also realize automatic operation and fault alarm functions.
