Machine Features:

     CNC automatic screen printing machine  typically have 10 stations. Different printing units can be customized according to customer needs. Each printing unit is modularized for easy replacement.

  • Standard equipment includes loading and unloading conveyors, adjustable in height from 550mm to 650mm. Customizable automatic loading systems such as vibrating plates and crawlers can be added to meet customer needs.

1. Loading station: Bottle base positioning is achieved through visual recognition, and the bottle body is dusted using an electrostatic air gun.

2. Flame treatment system: For polyolefin materials, a flame treatment system is also available.

3. Bottle body positioning: Positioning of the screen is achieved through visual recognition of the bottle body.

4. Screen printing station #1: Station #1 is controlled by a servo screen printing unit.

5. UV or UVLED curing unit./6. Screen printing station #2:/7. UV or UVLED curing unit./8. Screen printing station #3:/9. UV or UVLED curing unit./10. Robotic Unloading Station

  • Three colors are completed in one go, and no parts are printed. Automatic loading and unloading is required.
  • The loading system requires a loading stop. Once the bottle is in place, the stop stops the loading clamp and the bottle is picked up. The loading clamp first places the bottle parallel to the base mold and then presses it into the base mold.
  • The bottle base is equipped with a visual sensor and dual CCD positioning.
  • The print head up and down, screen lift, base mold rotation, and left and right parallel movement of the print head are all controlled by servo systems.
  • Each station can be started and stopped independently.
  • The equipment has added a remote control function, enabling remote monitoring and program modification when connected to the network.
  • A non-stop function has been added. When no parts are available, the user can enter a time period according to their needs. The machine will remain in a waiting state during this time, eliminating the need to restart when a part arrives. This port is open to the user, allowing them to choose whether to use this function.
