Cast alloy steel balls

Hardened steel balls have the following characteristics:

1. High hardness: After quenching treatment, the hardness of the steel ball is significantly increased, usually reaching 60-66 HRC (Rockwell hardness), so that it has good wear resistance and wear resistance.

2. High toughness: Although the quenching treatment will increase the hardness of the steel ball, it will also reduce its toughness. However, through the appropriate quenching process and alloy formulation, it is possible to maintain a certain toughness while maintaining a high hardness, so that the steel ball has a good impact resistance.

3. Corrosion resistance: The steel ball is usually treated with surface treatment, such as chrome plating, galvanized, etc., which can improve its corrosion resistance and extend its service life, and is suitable for applications in wet or corrosive environments.

4. Versatility: Steel balls can be used in various applications, such as ball bearings, grinding media, sandblasting materials, spring balls, etc., with a wide range of uses and application fields.
