Glass bottles have smooth surfaces and are mostly inorganic materials, making direct adhesion of hot stamping foil difficult. However, by first printing a layer of UV-cured glass varnish or ink, the hot stamping foil can form a strong adhesion to the glass. After UV curing, the varnish or ink maintains a stable surface state (temperature, viscosity), precisely matching the hot pressing process of the hot stamping machine to achieve precision hot stamping.

1) Feeding Conveyor Belt - Used to place glass bottles ready for hot stamping;

2) Feeding Robot - The robot uses suction cups or clamps to place the glass bottles onto the oscillating conveyor plate of the printing equipment;

3) Surface Treatment - Used for dust removal and surface treatment of the product;
