Structural composition:

Feeding mechanism

• Vibration plate feeding: through vibration, the bottle caps are arranged in order and transported to the designated position. It is often used for feeding small bottle caps, such as some cosmetic bottle caps.

• Conveyor belt feeding: The conveyor belt is used to convey the bottle cap to the hot stamping position, which can realize continuous feeding and is suitable for various specifications of bottle caps, such as wine bottle caps.

Conveying mechanism

• Divider conveying: It can accurately control the conveying angle and position of the bottle cap to ensure the accuracy of the hot stamping pattern, and is widely used in various types of bottle cap hot stamping machines.
