The whole machine is based on a counterclockwise rotating turntable, which integrates automatic loading, surface treatment, automatic hot stamping, precision temperature control, automatic unloading and other devices to achieve fully automatic hot stamping of products from transmission, arrangement, loading, positioning, hot stamping, and unloading. • Turntable system: Use a high-precision divider to ensure the accuracy and stability of the turntable rotation and realize the accurate transfer of items between different workstations.
• Hot stamping system: including hot stamping plate, precision temperature control system, hot stamping foil automatic winding device, can quickly locate and hot stamp products, and accurately set and adjust pressure, temperature and time.
• Loading and unloading system: the loading system transports the items to the turntable fixture in an orderly manner through a vibrating plate, conveyor belt, etc.; the unloading system removes the hot stamped items from the turntable and transports them out.
• Control system: usually uses PLC programmable controller and touch screen, which can flexibly set parameters such as hot stamping temperature, pressure, speed, turntable speed, etc.
Structure

The vertical turntable automatic screen printer is a classic structure of a monochrome automatic screen printer. It is widely used for monochrome printing of cylindrical bottles, hoses, cups, cream bottles, and car filters.
Narrow PVC or silicone conveyor belts are used. Glass paper products will first use stainless steel conveyor belts with equidistant positioning grooves or anti-slip patterns on the surface. The conveyor belt transports the product to the feeding station, and cooperates with the photoelectric sensor to detect the incoming material position to ensure that the feeding robot accurately grabs it.
Most of them are pneumatic grippers or vacuum suction cups, and the three-axis robot arm driven by a servo motor places the product on the fixture of the turntable. The feeding robot should be padded with different materials for different materials to avoid damaging the product surface.
8-20 fixtures are evenly distributed on the vertical turntable, such as elastic card slots or magnetic positioning seats), driven by servo motors, with adjustable speed, and station identification sensors are set on the edge of the turntable to cooperate with the control system to achieve precise positioning of the printing station.
- Flame treatment device/plasma treatment device
For polyolefin materials, flame treatment or plasma treatment should be carried out; flame treatment generally uses a mixture of combustible gas and compressed air to burn the flame, and sprays it with the outer end of the flame. Plasma treatment uses a high-frequency electric field to generate plasma (such as argon/air), bombarding the surface of the tube body, removing oil stains and increasing surface roughness. It is environmentally friendly and has no open flames, and is suitable for sensitive materials.
- Servo screen printing device
The servo drive device has high precision and is easy to adjust. It has become the standard configuration of high-precision screen printing machines. The servo drive for screen lifting and scraper movement can control the thickness of the ink layer and show the texture. Most vertical turntable screen printing machines are monochrome, and some models can be upgraded to two-color.
- UV curing device or UVLED device
According to the material of the product, a UV LED ring light source or a UV light source is used to evenly irradiate the product. The UVLED curing device has a built-in air cooling system, and the light source temperature is controlled below 60°C to avoid some sensitive on-the-job heat deformation;
Similar to the loading manipulator, the gripper has a buffer spring added to it, and it is gently placed on the unloading conveyor belt after grabbing.
The unloading conveyor belt has the same structure as the loading conveyor belt, with a receiving trough or buffer platform at the end, and the conveyor belt surface is covered with soft material to prevent the product from being scratched by collision.
The vertical automatic turntable screen printer is operated by PLC with a touch screen for human-computer dialogue, and can easily set and adjust specific parameters such as loading, screen printing, and UV curing.
