What is high quality servo pad printing machine?
The high-precision four-color pad printing machine with shuttle is designed with reference to the world-renowned brand pad printer. It uses high-rigidity cast aluminum material as the fuselage, installs a shuttle workbench driven by a servo motor and precision screw, and is equipped with a PLC and touch screen operation panel. It has the characteristics of high repetition accuracy, stable operation, and user-friendly operation.
Equipped with four sets of independent printing plates and ink cup devices, corresponding to four colors (usually CMYK basic colors or customized colors), the position can be adjusted in the left and right, front and back, angle and other directions to ensure accurate positioning of the pattern.
The core structure is a reciprocating workbench, which is driven by a servo motor or precision guide rail to achieve accurate shuttle of the workpiece between the four-color pad printing stations, and the repetition positioning accuracy is usually 0.01-0.05mm.
Four sets of independent pads are used, corresponding to the corresponding oil cups and steel plates. The up and down movements and forward movements of the pads are controlled by cylinders or servo motors, and extremely high position accuracy can be maintained in each pad printing process. The pad cleaning device is installed between the steel plate and the workbench. The cleaning interval and cleaning time can be set to ensure that the ink remaining on the pad does not enter the next cycle.
Equipped with PLC or industrial computer control system, it supports digital settings of printing speed, number of printings, printing pressure, and shuttle position light parameters, and can store multiple printing schemes.
