T-slot turntable flat screen printer and vacuum table turntable flat screen printer
According to the type of substrate, the turntable flat screen printer is divided into T-slot turntable flat screen printer and vacuum table turntable flat screen printer. The former is mainly for three-dimensional products, and the latter is mainly for thin products such as paper and film.
1) It is easy to make a fixture to fix the product in the T-slot turntable screen printer, while the vacuum table positions the product by sucking it tightly on the table. Some products may need to make a suction fixture to position the product, such as plastic panels and plastic wristbands.
2) Unloading manipulator. The unloading manipulator of the vacuum table type turntable screen printer adopts a nozzle type manipulator, while the unloading manipulator of the T-slot turntable screen printer usually adopts a grabbing type. The type of manipulator used will depend on the specific shape of the product.
3) Most of the rotary screen printers are single-color, but some users also consider two-color or even three-color rotary screen printers, which involves the problem of overprinting accuracy. In order to improve the overprinting accuracy, it is recommended to use servo system control for the screen printer, and it is recommended to install three-dimensional adjustment fixtures on the workstations of the workbench.
 
How to adjust the screen lift of the rotary screen printer?
When replacing new substrates, both flat screen printers and flat rotary screen printers need to adjust the height of the screen to ensure that the distance between the screen and the substrate is appropriate to ensure printing accuracy and quality.

  • Pneumatic lifting structure
The pneumatic screen printer uses a cylinder to control the height of the screen lift: the height of the screen lift can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the magnetic switch or the mechanical limit block on the cylinder.
  • Electric lifting structure
The electrically controlled screen printer controls the lifting of the screen through a stepper motor or a servo motor. The parameters such as the lifting height are input through the screen printer control panel, and the motor can drive the screw or guide rail to achieve precise lifting.
  • Manual lifting structure
The screen printer usually has a screen lift handwheel on the top. The height of the screen can be adjusted by turning the handwheel. After adjustment, the fixing screw needs to be locked to prevent the screen from shifting during printing.
 
How to control the screen spacing?
The distance between the screen printing surface and the substrate is called the screen pitch, which is generally between 1-5mm. The screen tension and the fineness of the printed image affect the screen pitch. Too large a screen pitch will cause the pattern to deform and may also cause damage to the screen. Too small a screen pitch and lack of necessary off-screen tension will reduce the clarity of the pattern.
The lifting guide of the screen can be a guide column or a linear guide rail. It should be kept lubricated at all times to avoid jamming.
