How to choose a flat turntable multi-station screen printers:

•  Workbench

The vacuum workbench is suitable for printing thin products, and the T-slot workbench is suitable for three-dimensional products; the screen printer controlled by the divider has a faster speed, and the screen printer with a servo-driven workbench has a higher positioning accuracy.

• Prepress device

Is the appropriate prepress device configured, such as: electrostatic dust removal device, flame treatment device, plasma treatment device.

• Printing system

Is the screen lifting controlled by pneumatic control, stepper motor control or servo motor control? Are the pneumatic components and electronic components from well-known brands or unknown brands? Is there a complete supply system?

How to install screen plate?

   

     The screen is the symbol of the screen printer and the first factor in whether the screen printer can complete high-quality printing. The most important step of the screen printer is to install the screen on the screen printer for precise alignment.

1) Screen position adjustment

Ensuring that the image and text on the screen are printed at the specified position of the product is the basic requirement of screen printing. On the one hand, it is required to make a fixture to fix the product, and on the other hand, it is necessary to be able to adjust the screen left and right, front and back, and angle.

The adjustment of the screen up and down is done by the hand wheel on the top of the pneumatic screen printer on a large scale, and the parameters of the servo-driven screen printer are set through the touch screen. The distance between the screen and the workbench must be able to accommodate the height of the product, and secondly, the printing process must maintain a suitable screen distance.

It is very important to keep the plane of the screen parallel to the printed surface of the product. During the adjustment process, the screen can be lowered to contact the product first to keep the four corners balanced, and then fix the screen.

2) Use of ink

The screen determines the pattern, the ink determines the color, and the screen printer can only print one color at a time. After the screen is installed, you can add ink and diluent for testing. If there is a deviation in the position, you can correct the position of the fixture and the screen, and then fix the screen and the fixture.

3) Adjustment of the scraper and the ink return knife

The ink on the screen is evenly applied to the image area of the screen by the ink return knife, and the ink is leaked through the screen and printed on the product by the scraper. The scraper is also called a rubber scraper, which is installed on an aluminum rubber scraper clamp. The shape and hardness can be freely selected.

The pressure adjustment of the scraper and the ink return knife is carried out through the adjustment screw of the cylinder; the angle between the scraper and the screen is adjusted by the adjustment screws at both ends of the rubber scraper clamp.

The scraper and the ink return knife must be kept parallel to the printed surface of the product and the screen during the printing process. If there is a deviation of more than 3mm, the screen may be damaged.

The adjustment of the screen printing process is very delicate, and the amplitude cannot be too large. It must be done little by little to avoid damaging the screen.
