different minced meat and meat products with hole changing knife. The machine does not damage the muscle fiber tissue, does not significantly

increase the temperature of the product, and extends the shelf life of the product. 

The cheese grinder mainly relies on the rotating screw to push the raw meat in the hopper to the pre-cut orifice plate in the reamer box, and rotate

it, the shearing action formed by the cutting blade and the orifice blade cuts the meat, and under the action of the screw extrusion force, the meat is

continuously discharged out of the orifice plate.
