Nasal spray nebulizer Atomized Tablets designed for localized nasal conditions such as allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal congestion, and post-surgical care in household/clinical nasal nebulizers. Also applied in flu-prevention sprays or nasal hydration therapy.

Currently, our company has many successful application cases of piezoelectric ceramic atomizing plates for nasal sprays in foreign countries:

Case A: A European brand specializing in allergic rhinitis treatment devices selected our product. They needed a nebulizer capable of stably atomizing high-viscosity corticosteroid suspensions, and it required strict medical device approval.

Our solution for them: We developed a dedicated high-frequency, high-amplitude model (155kHz), optimized the inlet channel design, and provided a complete drug delivery efficiency verification data package.

Results: The client's product passed CE Medical audit on the first attempt. Market feedback showed a 40% improvement in nasal drug deposition rate and a reduction in posterior pharyngeal flow rate to below 3%.

Case B: A Japanese portable nasal moisturizing spray brand. Their requirements were an extremely compact design (total product diameter ≤ 14mm) and ultra-quiet operation (suitable for library environments), while maintaining sufficient atomization volume.

Solution: We custom-designed an 8mm ultra-thin atomizing plate using an edge vibration mode, paired with our recommended micro-driver chip solution.

Results: The client's new product became a market bestseller, winning multiple design awards for its "silent moisturizing" experience, with annual shipments exceeding 2 million units.
