Traditional misting fans often suffer from large droplets, user wetting, uneven cooling, and nozzle clogging. Liandaqi’s dedicated atomizer plate for misting fans is the “atomization heart” engineered to sync with high-volume airflow. Through high-voltage piezoelectric drive and precision fluid dynamics design, it generates ultra-fine dry mist of 10-30 microns. These micron-sized droplets are fully entrained by the fan’s airflow and evaporate instantly, creating a uniform cooling zone across the airflow’s reach. This enables efficient, non-wetting, large-area perceived cooling, making it the preferred technical solution for combating heat stress in commercial and industrial settings.

Usage Instructions

Use purified or boiled-cooled water (tap water prohibited). Ensure water covers the chip; operate ≤4 hours/session with 30-min breaks. Descale weekly with vinegar soak (10 mins), rinse and air-dry. When storing, empty the tank and seal electrode ports with dust covers.
