Piezoelectric Disc For Humidifier is a high-performance piezoelectric ceramic atomizer designed for humidifiers. It is manufactured using precision ceramic technology and has the characteristics of efficient atomization and stable operation. The product has a diameter of 16mm, a pore size of 4μm, a perforated area of 3.5mm, and is equipped with 1100 micropores. It can quickly atomize liquid into fine water mist and is suitable for various humidification equipment.

Function

The humidifier nebulizer chip employs piezoelectric high-frequency vibration to break water into 5–7micron cool mist particles, dispersing to increase ambient humidity. It features auto-humidistat control, low power consumption (<35W), ultra-quiet operation (<40dB), and optional antimicrobial coatings.

Usage Instructions

Use distilled or demineralized water only (tap water prohibited to prevent scaling). Ensure water covers the chip; refill daily. Descale weekly by soaking in white vinegar/citric acid for 10 mins. When not in use, empty the tank and store dry to avoid dry-burn damage.
