Ultrasonic Atomizer Plate For Window Cleaning Machine is a high-performance ultrasonic atomizer plate designed for glass cleaning equipment. Made of precision ceramics and 316L steel, it has 600 micropores (aperture 7±1μm), can efficiently produce fine water mist, and is suitable for all kinds of glass cleaning scenarios.

Function

The window-cleaning nebulizer chip uses piezoelectric high-frequency vibration to atomize cleaning solution or water into 5–7 micron mist, forming an even wet film to soften stains. It aids wipers in removing grease and dust from glass surfaces, featuring auto on/off and dry-run protection for vertical/high-altitude operations.

The diameter of the steel sheet is 13.8±0.1mm, the diameter of the piezoelectric sheet is 11.3±0.2mm, and the hole area is 2.5±0.2mm, ensuring a perfect match with the equipment.
