Our hydration device plates produce mist particles between 3000-8000 nanometers (3-8 microns), which is “micron-grade.”However, this represents the optimal, most stable fineness achievable with current piezoelectric atomization for aqueous liquids, far superior to traditional sprays (>50 microns) and proven to be the gold standard for skin absorption. Q2: Can it atomize oily or viscous serums?

A: It cannot atomize pure oily or highly viscous liquids (e.g., pure ampoules, creams). Piezoelectric atomization works with low-viscosity aqueous liquids. For slightly viscous serums, dilution is recommended or select our more compatible HYD-12V-Pro series. Using incompatible liquids will cause clogging, damage, and poor performance.

Q3: How often does the plate need cleaning? How to clean it?
