Evaporative Air Cooler Atomizer Plate is made of precision ceramics and SUS304 stainless steel. It has 1,100 micropores with a diameter of 5 microns. It can efficiently produce fine water mist and significantly improve the cooling effect of the air cooler.

Function

This Air Cooler Ultrasonic Atomizer Plate utilizes piezoelectric vibration to atomize water into 5–7 micron cooling mist, dispersed by fan airflow for evaporative heat absorption (local cooling 2–5℃). Features low-noise operation (<35dB), 3-stage mist control, auto dry-run shutdown, and compatibility with AC/USB power.

Usage Instructions

Use purified or boiled-cooled water (tap water prohibited). Ensure water covers the chip; operate ≤4 hours/session with 30-min breaks. Descale weekly with vinegar soak (10 mins), rinse and air-dry. When storing, empty the tank and seal electrode ports with dust covers.
