PRODUCT DISCRIPTION: EPDM Diaphragm Gas Pump

J-Tron's EPDM Diaphragm Gas Pump model AQ8500 has a max flow rate at 12L/min at 5000RPM and rated flow rate at 9L/min at 3500RPM. It is been running for the life test since May 5th 2023, which is running 21480 hours life test passed till August 16th 2025 and it is still running. J-Tron utilized the high precision injection tooling from Germany to ensure micron level fit tolerance for extending operating life.

AQ8500 is composed of the key component---Diaphragm. J-Tron customized high performance EPDM diaphragm from Germany, which has less distortion or deformation after contiunously 24*7 operating. This diaphragm can last for very long life.
