J-Tron industrial miniature gear pumps perform high accuracy and reliable performances across multiple segments. This miniature gear pump with high corrosion resistance is TiN coated stainless steel 316L for the pump body so that it can withstand aggressive chemicals and abrasive fluids that suitable for cmplex industrial enviroments. This corrosion resistance miniature gear pump is 6L/min at 55000RPM. Maxium pressure is 7bar. The gears are customized modified PEEK and shafts are ceramics. The viscosity range is between 0.5cps to 1500cps. Rare earth for the magnet. Sealing by PTFE and EPDM o-ring. It matches 70W brushless motor with 0~5V speed chontrol. Revolution range is between 500rpm to 5500rpm.
