J-Tron brushless micro diaphragm air pump doouble head is one of the most popular product clients enquire about. It applies to a wide range of applications such as inkjet printing, hemodialysis, medical package printing, surgical suction machines, and other medical equipment manufacturing. J-Tron mini diaphragm vacuum pump has max air flow rate of 12L/min and rated air flow rate of 9L/min. It has max differential pressure of 2bar and vacuum of -0.8bar. Pump body adopts materials of PPS and PA6. We have been making life testing by using 60 pcs our 24V DC small diaphragm air pump since May 5th , 2023 and until now still running. Its service life time is greater 20,000 hours, securing stably and continuously fluid transfer.

◇Excellent Sealing Capacity: Conventional diaphragm vacuum pump uses ABS and other plastic materials. These materials don’t have good sealing ability and are prone to aging. J-Tron adopts EPDM O-ring which is chemical resistant and high-low temperature resistant, realizing 100% no leakage operation.
