J-Tron industrial micro gear pump is mainly used in the scenarios required abrasive resistant and corrosive resistant. This chemical dosing mini gear pump has 6L per minute max flow rate and 7bar max differential pressure. This corrosion resistance miniature gear pump can resist liquid with particles and chemical media because the materials used. It adopts titanium nitride coated stainless steel 316L for the pump body, modified PEEK for the gears, ceramic for the shafts, and rare earth for the magnet. Those ensure high quality and performance of the pumps. We use 70W brushless motor with 0~5V DC speed control and the revolution can reach 5500RPM maxium.
