Product Description

J-Tron designs and develops precision micro gear pumps for medical use and we highly recommand clients to select GPM series for dialysis segment. This medical device micro gear pump has 1.6L/min flow rate, 3.5L/min flow rate, and max 6L/min flow rate. You can choose 40W motor or 70W motor for this medical gear pump. The motor is brushless type which is also sefl-developed. The max differential pressure corresponding to the flow rate is 20bar, 8bar, and 7bar. For highly corrosive liquid, we recommand modified PEEK for gears and ceramic for shafts. Customized EPDM o-rings for sealing the connections show excellent sealing performance to ensure the safety in medical use. Stainless steel 316L for pump body.

Advantage

J-Tron pulse-free micro gear pump takes advantage of pumping without pulse. Commonly, dialysis machines use peristaltic pumps. But peristaltic pump has pulse that the liquid does not flow smoothly. Besides, peristaltic pump require frequent maintanence becasue it is easy to clog the tube. Micro gear pump does not has these problems becasue of the desgin and structure so that micro gear pump helps to save the total cost.
