J-Tron chemical dosing mini gear pump is suitable for the working condition that up to 6L/min flow rate at 5500rpm and maxium differential pressure of 7bar. This high precision gear pump for industrial use is titanium nitride coasted stainless steel 316L for the pump body (bottom body and up body), PEEK gears, and ceramic shafts. This industrial micro gear pump use 70W brushless motor, which is also self-developed and can drive control by 0~5V. Viscosity is 0.5~1500cps that is suitable for a lot of fluids. Revolution range is between 500 to 5500rpm. Our corrosion resistance miniature gear pump is cost-efficient and high performance alternative for Micropump and DPP.
