The Pneumatic Diaphragm Single Seat Control Valve DN25 is a small‑bore, high‑precision throttling valve specifically dimensioned for pilot plants, pharmaceutical batch reactors, and biotech fermentation skids. Its 1‑inch (DN25) body offers a Cv range of 4 to 10, making it ideal for low‑to‑medium flow rates where accuracy is paramount. The valve features a guided plug and cage design that provides stable, low‑noise modulation even at low opening percentages. The pneumatic actuator is compact yet delivers sufficient thrust to overcome high differential pressures common in small‑bore services.
