Vertical roll film type vacuum packaging machine for 10-25kg

Brief Introduction: 

ZD1500 vffs vacuum packing machine is suitable for the pillow or gusset bag vacuum sealing packing for all kinds of granule products, for example rice, beans, seeds, coffee, pe granule, vergetables, fruits, etc. The packaging machine can be equipped with single head linear weigher and horizontal sealing system with a vacuum system for vacuum bag package.

This unit is composed of one weighing machine, one vertical filling packaging machine, one platform and one high inclination-angle elevator. It integrates the functions of vacuum, feeding, metering, bag-making, packaging, sealing, printing, punching and countering, has automatic film position control function, both the horizontal sealing and film pull mechanisms adopt servo motor for transmission so as to guarantee high efficiency of the machine. It could be ideally combined with the other machines, such as auto bagging machine.

The machine can pack two type of bag, gusset bag and pillow bag. It can second time film pulling function and do Max bag length is 920MM.
